Our auditing department focuses primarily in the highly specialized field of employee benefit plans. Concentrating on auditing 401(k), 403(b) and other types of profit sharing and pension plans, we have uniquely positioned ourselves as experts in this field.

Our firm's experience with other plans also enables us to review your plan and provide operational solutions to your staff. As a result of the firm's concentration and experience in this field, we have become the plan auditor of choice for many medium to large sized private and publicly held companies.
Our firm services clients in the San Jose and the San Francisco Bay Area and nationwide providing auditing, income tax and management consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Our clients include professional service firms, manufacturing and high technology companies, defense contractors, distribution companies, healthcare providers, retailers, and wholesalers.
We maintain a close working relationship with our income tax clients - assisting them in minimizing their income tax liability by supplementing sound financial decisions with proper tax planning. To insure that clients don't get involved in situations without considering the tax ramifications of their actions, we have a policy never to charge a client for a phone call or email and encourage our clients to contact us as often as necessary.
We also represent clients before the audit and collection divisions of the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization and the Santa Clara County Assessor's Office.
